Efficient Flow AC Controller
Intelligent management of cooling water
In traditional systems with multiple air conditioning units, the seawater pump can operate at a constant flow rate even when only one unit is running or when the compressors are operating at reduced power. This results in energy consumption higher than the actual demand of the system.
Efficient Flow is the Blue-Airco system that regulates the flow of cooling water to the condensers of two or more units, adjusting it in real time to the activity of the compressors. The flow is thus matched to the actual demand of the system.
The result is energy savings of up to 75% compared to traditional systems.
It is designed, manufactured, and tested in Italy.

Efficient Flow is ideal for…
Boats with two or more air conditioning units that share the same seawater circuit: in these systems, Efficient Flow adjusts the cooling water flow to the actual demand of the units in operation.
It is a solution designed for shipyards, installers, and refitters, suitable both for new constructions and for interventions on existing boats. It integrates into the hydraulic circuit between the sea inlet and the condensers, without requiring modifications to the air conditioning units.
Efficient Flow is compatible with both Blue-Airco units and air conditioners from other manufacturers, as long as they have a dry contact for activating the seawater pump.
The advantages of Efficient Flow
Real-time flow regulation
A dedicated PCB controls solenoid valves and variable-speed pumps based on the actual activity of the compressors. The water flow is thus adapted to the real demand of the system.
Reduced consumption by up to 75%
Compared to a traditional system, where the flow rate is not modulated according to the activity of the compressors, dynamic flow regulation reduces the energy absorbed by the cooling circuit. The benefit is particularly significant on battery-powered boats, where reduced consumption helps increase available autonomy.
Management of multiple units with a single circuit
A single manifold distributes seawater to up to four condensers, with a dedicated solenoid valve for each. Management remains centralized even with multiple air conditioning units.
Dual pump operation
The system supports two pumps that can alternate, balancing working hours and helping to distribute wear and extend the service life of the components.
Integrated descaling function
A dedicated maintenance mode simplifies circuit cleaning, reducing component wear and helping to extend the system's useful life.
Construction for the marine environment
Manifold and solenoid valves in marine-grade plastic material offer high resistance and long-lasting performance even in the most demanding marine environment conditions.
Made in Italy
Design, production, and testing are managed in Italy, with great attention to construction quality and the needs of the marine environment.
