Quality policy

ISO 9001 : 2015

Blue-Airco S.r.l.'s management has committed to implementing a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 to enhance operational efficiency, better serve customer needs, and strengthen its market position through continuous improvement.

Management has therefore established the following strategic objectives to be pursued by Blue-Airco S.r.l. through its Quality Management System:

 

  • To determine the external and internal factors relevant to its purpose and strategic direction that

  • influence its ability to achieve the expected results of its quality management system,

  • To determine the requirements of relevant interested parties for the quality management system, as well as those of internal and external stakeholders,

  • To identify the risks and opportunities associated with the organizational context in order to prevent adverse effects and achieve improvement,

  • To identify customer needs and expectations, convert them into requirements, and fulfill them

  • To maintain and consolidate Blue-Airco S.r.l.'s position in the target market,

  • To implement communication tools both internally and externally within Blue-Airco S.r.l. in order to improve the flow of information and ensure that customer needs are known and understood by all those involved in the production of Blue-Airco S.r.l.'s products,

  • To implement a suitable quality management system self-monitoring system that allows for the measurement of activities, the mitigation of problems, and the provision of adequate elements for management review,

  • To pursue improvement.

The commitments made to achieve these objectives are identified in the proper planning and rationalization of the Quality Management System, the optimization of the production cycle, and the correct application of what is defined and described in the Quality Management System documents.

The Quality Policy described above is aligned with the Company's Policy, which aims to achieve customer satisfaction while generating profit for the Company.

Management has assigned the Quality Management System Manager to implement the Quality Management System as outlined in the Quality Manual, ensuring compliance with standards and verifying its effective application within the organization.

Management conducts an annual review of the Quality Management System to assess, among other things, the continued relevance and adequacy of the Quality Policy and to define the objectives to be pursued during the new working year in order to pursue continuous improvement.

 

The set objectives are measurable and aligned with the Quality Policy.

.Blue-Airco S.r.l.'s objectives, set during the Management Review, are documented in an annual improvement plan and shared with all staff.
